Today, we went to Santa Cruz, 2 and half hour south from Santiago, to visit a winery named Casa Lapostolle. This new winery is selected No1 in the wine magazine of U.S. in 2008.
We saw the process of making wine and tasted three kinds of wines. After that, we had lunch with wine. Salmon dish and shrimp were amazing. Then, we enjoyed bike riding around the winery.
Service quality of this winery was excellent. We stayed there as if we were executives.
In the night, Taka and I went to a Japanese restaurant named SHOGUN in Santiago. We ordered sushi and sashimi with sake. Although sake was not so good, sushi and sashimi was incredible. we didn't expect such delicious Japanese food in Santiago.
Wine and Japanese food. We enjoyed "taste" all day long.
